Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at VisioForge. Please test our software before purchasing using a TRIAL version. Our refund policy has basic rules and some limitations.

Before returning a product

If you are having an issue with a product, there may be other options before requesting a return:

Refund basic rules

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience issues receiving or downloading our products. By our refund policy, we issue refunds for digital products within 30 days of the product's original purchase if the software has bugs or problems.

Refund policy limitations

  • We issue refunds for digital products within 30 days of the product's original purchase if the software has bugs or problems.
  • ​We do not perform refunds for renewals or after 30 days.
  • We do not perform refunds for purchases with discounts.
  • ​We do not perform refunds for auto-renewals enabled during the first purchase (before auto-renew happens, you'll have several emails about auto-renew from our payment processor (2Checkout or Stripe)).

Return criteria

  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied and processed through the appropriate channels within 30 days of purchase.
  • When returning software, the software must have the license terminated on the user's machine and be removed from that machine. We may require you to sign an electronic letter of destruction as a condition of your return to confirm that you have uninstalled and have not made any copies of the product. The license code for these products will be blocked, and you will not be able to install or use the software in the future.
  • All included products and services must be returned together for promotional items and bundles. Suppose a service is included in a promotion and a bundle has been used (for example, a used promotional promo code). In that case, the total retail value of the service will be deducted from the refund amount. When a bundle is purchased, and only part of the bundle is returned, the discount is void, and the total discount will be deducted from the refund.
  • We may extend the 30-day return period during holidays or other periods if a more extended return period was advertised on the website/promotional information when you made your purchase.
  • If we lower our price on an item within 30 days of your purchase, we will honor the lower price. If you notice that we have reduced the price on an item you recently purchased, contact and we will gladly issue a refund or credit for the difference (if you paid with a credit card, you'd need to use the same card). This offer does not apply to price reductions associated with special sale events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas Holidays.
