Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases: (1) Consent - when you have given explicit consent for specific processing activities; (2) Contract - when processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you; (3) Legal Obligation - when we must process your data to comply with legal requirements; (4) Legitimate Interests - when we have a legitimate business interest, provided this does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We ensure that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Our payment processor Stripe complies with GDPR requirements for international data transfers.

Automated Decision Making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by GDPR Article 33 and 34.

Supervisory Authority

If you are located in the European Union and believe that our processing of your personal data infringes data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence. For Spain, the supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD): www.aepd.es
