Participation in usage statistics gathering is voluntary. You can choose whether to take part in it when you first install our product. Customers who decide to participate will agree to share:

• Information about a computer, such as operating system, screen resolution, and color depth, RAM capacity and speed, CPU model and frequency, number of monitors, HDD or SSD performance
• Data about the program, such as abnormal terminations, number of runs, program version
• DirectX and DirectShow information
• Installed video and audio codecs
• Media Foundation information, video, and audio codecs
• Video and audio processing filters
• Direct3D information
• Information about separate feature usage, such as menu options or buttons selected

The information we collect is fully anonymous. It is tied up to your personal account through a unique identifier and doesn't contain any private data such as e-mail address, name, gender, age, home or work address, telephone number, etc. Since no personally identifiable information is collected, the anonymous data will not be meaningful to anyone other than our company. Kontakt to know more.
